Six months ago I was clueless when it comes to current Scottish regulations as per landlord’s duties, after contacting RCB for safety electrical checks over a short period time, today I’m proud to say I’m convalescent with all I need to know and act upon as a responsible Landlord I highly recommend RCB electrical for new Landlords.
